This help page has been designed to assist you with any problems you may be experiencing when trying to make an online payment. If you are unable to resolve your problem using this page or if you require assistance with something other than online payments, please click here for personal assistance
The following explains the fields that are required to be filled out in order for your payment to be successful:
Reference Number
The Reference Number is a number allocated to you by the Fines Recovery Unit to a fine or penalty.
Credit Card Number
The Credit Card number is usually a 16 digit number separated by spaces located on the front of your credit card.
e.g. 6543 6754 6789 7899
NOTE:When filling out the Credit Card Number field, please type the number omitting the spaces.
Card Expiry Date
The expiry date of your card is located on the front of your credit card in a 4 digit format separated by a forward slash "/".
e.g. 08/04
NOTE: When filling out the Expiry Date field, please omit the forward slash "/".
Payment Amount
The Payment Amount is the amount of money you wish to pay for your fine or penalty. This must be the full amount described on the notice.
Unable to Connect to server?
Should you be unable to access the NetDirect service and receive an error message stating "Unable to contact server", please be aware that this is out of our control as NetDirect is a service provided by Westpac Banking Corporation. In most instances it may only be a matter of trying again later, but should the problem persist, please do not hesitate to contact us.
